1. Where is your bakery located?
We are a home-based bakery located in Charlotte, NC. For privacy and safety reasons, we only provide the exact pick-up address in the order confirmation once your deposit is made.
2. Do you have pre-made cakes available for immediate purchase?
No, all of our cakes are made to order. We take pride in creating custom cakes based on your specific ideas, color choices, and inspiration. Everything is baked fresh from scratch!
3. How do I place an order?
To place an order, please fill out our pre-order form on our website or social media page. We will contact you within a few hours to discuss the details and confirm your order.
4. How much is the deposit, and when is it due?
A deposit is required to confirm your order. If it is made less than three days before the pick-up date, additional charges may apply.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via CashApp, Venmo, Zelle
6. Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Changes can be made up until 2 days before the pick-up date. After that, we may not be able to accommodate adjustments due to the nature of our baking schedule.
7. Do you deliver, or is pick-up required?
Currently, we only offer pick-up. Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with the pick-up details.
8. What if I need to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least [7] days before the pick-up date.
9. Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We offer limited options for dietary restrictions, such as gluten-free and vegan cakes. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
10. How long do your cakes stay fresh?
All of our cakes are made fresh for your order, never frozen. For best results, we recommend consuming the cake within 2-3 days of pick-up.
11. How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for custom cakes. This ensures we have enough time to create something truly special for you.

Yes! We occasionally offer discounts or promotions to our loyal customers. Be sure to follow us on social media to stay updated on any special offers.
